The first president was George Washington. He was born in Virginia February 22nd, 1732. George Washington married Martha Dandridge Washington and had 2 stepchildren but none of his own children. His nickname was Father of his country. Washington was 57 at his inauguration and was general in the revolutionary war. He died on December 14th, 1799 from a surgery when they took 35% of blood out of him.
The second president was John Adams. He was born in Massachusetts October 30th, 1735. John Adams married Abigail Smith Adams and had 5 children named Abigail, John, Quincey, Charles, Thomas, and a daughter who died young. His nickname was Father of American Independence. Adams was 61 at his inauguration and ended the revolutionary war. He died on July 4th, 1826 from a illness on the same day as the 50th anniversary of the independence day and the same day as Thomas Jefferson, the third president.
The third president was Thomas Jefferson. He was born in Virginia April 13th, 1743. Thomas Jefferson married Martha Jefferson and had 5 children named Martha Jefferson Randolph, Lucy Elizabeth Jefferson, Jane Jefferson, Mary Jefferson Eppes, and Peter Jefferson. His nickname was Father of the Declaration of Independence. Jefferson was 57 years old at his inauguration and yet was in no war. He died by an illness just like John Adams and on the same day to, July 4th, 1826.
The fourth president was James Madison. He was born in Virginia on March 16th, 1751. James Madison married Dolley Payne Todd Madison and had no children. His nickname was Father of the Constitution. Madison was 57 years old at his inauguration on March 4th, 1809 and was in War of 1812. He died on June 28th, 1836 when he was 85 and the reason why he died was because of a heart failure.
The fifth president was James Monroe. He was born in Virginia on April 28th, 1758. James Monroe married Elizabeth Monroe and had 2 children named Elizabeth and Maria and a son who died young. His nickname was Era Of Good Feelings President. Monroe's first inauguration was on March 4th, 1817 and was in the secretary of war. He died on July 4th,1831 at age 73 from a heart failure and tuberculosis.
